System Sanitization

Even with the best designed system, total elimination of bacteria is not possible. Therefore, periodic sanitization of the system must be performed in order to maintain control of bacterial growth. The sanitization process employed can be either physical of chemical.

a) Physical sanitization of storage vessels, filters, heat exchangers.

b) Sodium Hypochlorite sanitization (200-500 ppm) not desirable.

c) Hydrogen peroxide sanitization.

d) Ozone sanitization.

e) Steam sanitization.

f) Periodic validation with complete Data Logging.
